China 1921 Chinese Provinces (Sinkiang) 25th Anniversary of the Chinese National Postal Service set of 4 to 10c blue overprinted, SG39/42.
A fine mint set with original gum.
The 10c is uncommon with a SG catalogue value of £100.
Stamps were overprinted for special use in Sinkiang because of the debasement of the paper currency in that province to about a quarter of the value of the silver coinage of China.
