What is obesity?

You can check your weight from BMI. BMI This formula of – Weight (in kg) / height (in meters).

If your BMI is between 18.5 to 24.9 then your weight will be considered normal.

Similarly, BMI from 25 to 029.9 Being overweight is considered.

BMI of over 30 Being obese is called obesity.

BMI during pregnancy The limit does not apply.

BMI Does not depend on age and gender.

 About 200ml Put 3-6 grams of cinnamon powder in water and boil it for 15 minutes. When lukewarm, filter and mix one spoon of honey in it. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning and before bed at night. Cinnamon is a powerful anti-bacterial, which helps in getting rid of harmful bacteria.

About 30ml Drink two spoons of honey mixed with ginger juice. Ginger and honey work to burn excess fat by increasing the metabolism of the body. Ginger also removes the problem of hunger and improves digestion. This yoga should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning and before bed at night.

Use of Lemon and Honey for weight loss

Add half a lemon, a spoon of honey and a pinch of black pepper to a glass of water and eat it. Black pepper contains an element called piperine. It does not allow new fat cells to freeze in the body.
