India 1890 (?) reprint of the 1854-55 4a blue and red (frame die II) with essay head, lithographic transfer comprising a row of four impressions spaced 19-20mm apart (without wavy lines or rosettes), SG21/6.
Complete sheet on medium white wove with 'Specimen.' underprints.
Usual pinholes at corners of positions 1 and 4 (connected with the application of the underprint), but very fine quality.
Rare and most attractive as a sheet.
