A very fine bromide of fig. 28a (22.5mm) mounted on white card, with shading extending to "P" of "Postage" and "E" of "Revenue".

This striking design was never issued, and is highly desirable for its visual uniqueness and historical significance in the development of early George V issues.

A very scarce specialised King George V philatelic piece.
