A very fine example produced by the printex method, printed in bright violet on white gummed unwatermarked paper. Fig 27c.
The Eve's Wreath design had been intended for the 4d stamps, but after the printing trials the Mackennal wreath design was selected.
A scarce specialised piece of King George V philately.
