Great Britain 1867 1d rose “Paris Ehibition Proof" Plate 103, SGDP38.

A very fine unused four margin example lettered 'II' printed on soft white card.

These were printed from Proof sheets from plate 103, specially printed for the second world stamp exhibition held in Paris between 1 April to 3 November. Only one single sheet of 240 was printed for display.

A scarce and beautifully preserved example in excellent condition.
