Very fine unused bottom marginal imperforate imprimatur of this rare "Abnormal" plate lettered TB showing plate number. Small natural printing flaw below Queen's chin, nevertheless very rare and unique in private hands.
The "abnormal" Queen Victorian surface printed stamps were never put to press.
