A very fine used close to large four margin example lettered 'RK', tied to a clean entire envelope by two strikes of the very rare and distinctive bright "fluid" blue Maltese Cross of Partick (Glasgow Sub-office).
Addressed to Edinburgh and backstamped by a Glasgow datestamp for 'MR.13.1841'. A Boxed " 14" handstamp in blue and an Edinburgh arrival circular date stamp.
A very rare coloured Maltese Cross cancellation.
