British Guiana 1946 Victory 3c carmine and 6c blue, perforated 'SPECIMEN' (type D21), SG302s/1s.
Fine mint examples with large part original gum. The 3c shows slight gum disturbance, which does not detract from quality and benefiting from being of particularly fresh appearance.
These "SPECIMEN" examples were used solely by postal administrations for reference purposes to help spot any attempted forgeries.
