Bechuanaland 1913-24 ½1/2d green, watermark Simple Cypher, overprinted 'SPECIMEN' (type GB23), with lower margin showing 'C 13' control re-attached with hinge, SG73.

A fine mint example with part original gum. Some creasing, but still a unique and important item as it has never previously been on the market for sale.
