Homer Simpson Weber Grill
The Homer Simpson Weber Grill is a limited-edition charcoal grill featuring the cartoon character Homer Simpson.
The company Weber Grills was established in 1952 by George Stephen, who developed a new type of barbecue grill by welding two buoy halves together to create what he called a ‘barbecue kettle’.
After marketing the product, he started a company that has become one of the world’s largest barbecue grill specialists.

The grill is a version of the Smokey Joe model, and was released to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the design. It is yellow in colour, with blue handles, and features an image of Homer Simpson.
The grill comes in two sizes - 14 ½” and 22 ½ “, both of which include the standard Smokey Joe model features.
How much is a Homer Simpson Weber Grill worth?
The model is sought after by both Simpson’s collectors and barbecue enthusiasts, and can be difficult to find in brand new condition.
Examples can be found on auction sites such as eBay for between $30 and $100, although they are sought after more as practical barbecue grills than collector’s items.
