A very fine cover to Pernau, Russia bearing a 9d straw (Watermark Emblems) neatly tied by a Dundee "114" duplex for 'MY.31.1867' with a blue Aachen transit circular date stamp below and red "PD" and "FRANCO" handstamps at left.

Backstamped with London and Russian transit circular date stamps for 'JU.24-26.1867'.

A very rare and difficult stamp to find on cover.
