A superb unused, with original gum, bottom marginal imperforate imprimatur lettered 'TC'.

A very rare "Abnormal" issue, being one of only 21 possible examples, many of which are in institutional collections.

Stamps from plate 5 were never issued with the 21 possible examples having been removed imperforate from the registration sheet.
