Signed on the front in a variety of inks by Charles Conrad, Alan Bean and Dick Gordon. 

Further signed by four members of the Pacific Ocean recovery team - from the USS Hornet

Also features an Alan Bean autopen signature. 

Presented on a colour 8.5 x 11 display sheet. The cover can be easily removed.
