A brilliant mint example with large part original gum and with lovely colour. A few slightly shortish perforations, which do not detract from overall quality.
A scarce specimen stamp in such fine condition.
"SPECIMEN" examples were used solely by postal administrations for reference purposes to help spot any attempted forgeries.
