Ceylon 1867-70 9d blackish brown, watermark CC, (type 6), block of 4 with intense colour, SG69b.
A fine mint block with original gum. One stamp with trivial gum blemish, inconsequential to overall quality.
A wonderful example of the rare colour variety, which is particularly special in this condition as a block of four.
