Ireland 1922-23 1s bistre-brown, type 5 overprint by Thom, right marginal block of 4 showing variety 'Accent inserted by hand' on lower right stamp (R15/12), SG63b.
Fresh mint positional block of four with original gum and with variety unmounted. Folded marginal perforations (causing minor separation), but very fine condition.
Very scarce as only 489 possible examples, particularly in this form.
