Gambia 1935 Silver Jubilee 6d light blue and olive-green, from vignette plate "1" showing variety "Extra flagstaff" (R9/1), SG145a.
A fine used example, neatly cancelled by large part Bathurst circular date stamp, dated "20 SP 35", which leaves variety clear. One slightly pulled perforation at top, but a very scarce printing variety in used condition.
The total printing was only 787 sheets, probably from six vignette plates.
