Ceylon 1921-32 1r purple/pale yellow, Script watermark, vertical interpane pair showing die I (upper stamp, from plate '7') and die II (lower stamp, from plate '12') se-tenant, SG354b.
A brilliant quality mint se-tenant pair with full original gum, (trace of previous hinge in gutter only). Unfolded and very fresh colour.
An extremely scarce piece in such fine condition, from the November 1924 printing.
