A California winery recovered four cases of Cabernet Sauvignon that have aged on the floor of Charleston Harbor for the past three months as part of a revolutionary taste experiment - yeah right, that's why everyone's so keen to pop open all the shipwreck bottles you see at auction. This seems like a gimmick to me, and one that'll probably be picked up by every faddy wine collector out there
