People have been talking about the rise of Japanese whisky for a number of years now, to the point where I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever become as readily available as our usual Scotches or Bourbons. Yamazaki is the most popular one, I've seen it being sold in a few more reputable bars. I'd say it can stand happily next to some of Scotland's finest too, it tastes exactly like a good single malt should. I wonder how popular whisky is over there though?
