Apollo 11 Edition Omega Speedmaster at auction
The Apollo 11 Edition Omega Speedmaster was created in 2012 to commemorate the first watch to be worn on the moon, back in 1969. These were limited to 69 examples, with this being number 41. The Omega features a Platinum case and a gold coin.
Estimated value for the watch at auction is €40,000 from Auctionata. It's a very fine looking watch, probably one of the few Omega special editions that I prefer to the regular version!
