Ringo's White Album is officially the world's most valuable record
The copy of the Beatles' White Album originally owned by Ringo Starr has officially been named the world's most valuable record.
Stamped with the serial number 0000001, the album spent decades in Starr's bank vault, before selling at auction in Beverly Hills last year for $790,000 (£522,438) - price which confirmed its place in the Guiness Book of World Records.
