New service allows you to cut mixtapes and playlists to vinyl
A new service that allows you to cut one off 7'' or 12'' vinyl copies of mix tapes, playlists and greatest hits collections has launched a crowd funding campaign.
The Super Specific Vinyl on Demand will offer fully customized lathe cut vinyl with no minimum orders- and you dont even have to own the music to make a cut. The company stress that under the Home Recording Act of 1992, you are allowed to make non-commercial copies of any legally purchased recordings.
The company has set up the crowdfunding campaign in order to buy more records lathes-and have so far made $67 of the $20,000 needed.
