Cliff Muskiet's Stewardess Uniform Collection is a collection of historic air stewardess uniforms collected by Cliff Muskiet, a flight attendant for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines based in the Netherlands. His collection contains more than 1020 different uniforms from various airlines worldwide – with new examples being added.

Cliff Muskiet

Ever since his early childhood, Mr Muskiet was fascinated by the world of aviation.

His collection grew from amassing everything that wore an airline name or logo, such as posters, postcards, stickers, timetables, safety cards and airplane models.

First uniform

In 1980, Muskiet was given his first uniform by one of his mother's friends, leading him to collect more. In 1982 he heard that two charter airlines were introducing new uniforms.

Muskiet called the airlines and as a result was invited to pick up a set of old uniforms. Between 1982 and 1993, Muskiet took a general hiatus from collecting – which he regrets today – and began to collect the bulk of his collection from 1993 onwards.
