The game can be played by 2 – 4 players, with the aim of capturing villains such as the Riddler and the Joker.

Players move around the board until they land on a Batmobile, whereupon they can move it around the central grid on the board capturing villains by landing on their squares. If a number of moves makes the player leave the central grid, they return to the outside track and must move towards the next Batmobile to try again.

The winner of the game is the first player to capture six villains using the Batmobile on the central game grid.
