Utah Jazz collectibles and memorabilia are items relating to the professional basketball team based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Brief history/biography

The Utah Jazz were formed in 1974 and were originally called the New Orleans Jazz and based in New Orleans, Louisiana, the team eventually moved to Utah in 1979.

The team colors are purple, green, gold and white.

The Utah Jazz won two Conference titles in 1997 and 1998, and eight Division titles in 1984, 1989, 1992, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2007 and 2008; however, the team has yet to win an NBA Championship.

Some of the most famous and notable athletes who have played for the team include John Stockton (who played for the team from 1984 to 2003), Karl Malone (who played for the team from 1985 to 2003), Pete Maravich (who played for the team from 1974 to 1980) and Adrian Dantley (who played for the team from 1979 to 1986). The Stockton-Malone duo during the late 1980s is considered to be one of the most "famed point guard-power forward duos" in the history of the NBA.
