Historic sports memorabilia set for two day sale
Sports pharmacist Sid Stern is to auction off his collection of historic sports memorabilia in a two day sale that kicks off tomorrow.
The collection includes team signed baseballs from both the 1998 Yankees World Series and the 1951 Brooklyn Dodgers as well as a Baseball Glove Signed by Ty Cobb, Mel Ott, Tris Speaker and others. A pair of heavyweight champion boxing trunks that have been signed by Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazer and others could also see a high hammer price at the auction.
