Football memorabilia auction raises £2,500 for charity
£2,500 has been raised for charity by former Leicester City reserve goalkeeper David Clarke who sold a collection of football memorabilia online.
Clarke set up the auction to raise money for the cancer ward who treated him for Leukemia last year.
The biggest selling lot at the auction was a shirt signed by Foxes striker Jamie Vardy which raised £580.
The former goalkeeper far exceeded his £500 target needed to buy fitness equipment for the ward.
