RUSSIAN LUNAR MOON PROGRAM SPACESUIT KRECHET DOCUMENTS SIGNED G. SEVERIN

Creation of the one of the world's first spacesuit to walk on the surface of the moon. Lunar Program, NPP Zvezda Laboratory file on the research and development of the Russian Moon Suit Krechet on newsprint stock staple bound in document cover, pertaining to the flexibility and strength of the lower torso and leg portion on the suit, consisting of 11 pages of typed notes and handwritten annotations, test results, 5 tipped in photographs and a graph, bearing signatures of officials, designers and engineers, the title page signed by Guy Severin, the head of manufacturer of the suit- Zvezda, dated January 28, 1969. Size 12"x 8.5". Although Russian never send man on the moon, this is quite a unique historical piece regarding the early days of the space race - the race for the moon.
