Lot 257: A Victorian silver mounted cut and engraved glass claret jug, the ovoid body with hobnail cut panels below a pierced scrolling silver girdle, and finely wheel engraved with butterflies and cranes in the aesthetic manner above, the mounts chased and with pierced strapwork, the lid with flame finial.
