A splendid quality unmounted mint positional block with full original gum. The gum is typically patchy as often seen and one perforation pulled. Overall a fine and fresh multiple.
A rare pictorial stamp as a positional multiple depicting the Sultan of Sulu, his staff and William Clark Cowie, a Scottish engineer, mariner, and businessman who helped establish British North Borneo and was Chairman of the British North Borneo Company.
