Sadly there's very little information on this five (!) act play from 1920s France. Poster Auctions International surmise that from the poster it depicts the rise of the drug in Parisian society during the early 20th century. The poster manages to be quintessentially French in style and yet carries with it a sinister overtone not usually seen on posters at the time. Created by René Gaillard, the poster hopes to bring in $2,500-3,000 at auction on the 25th of January.
