Signed By Pitt At The Foot In His Capacity As Chancellor Of The Exchequer And Countersigned By Richard Jackson (C.1721-1787) British Lawyer And Politician And Edward James Eliot (1758-1797) English Politician And Friend And Brother-In-Law Of Pitt. With Blank Integral Leaf.
