Lot 58: Choice matte-finish 8.25 x 10.75 Bachrach portrait of Roosevelt behind his desk, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen, "To Miss Effie Knowles, from Franklin Roosevelt." Double-matted and framed with a nameplate affixed to the glass to an overall size of 16.5 x 19. In fine condition.
