Liverpool States That He Is Obliged To His Correspondent For Their Book Of North Wales And The Accompanying Memo, And Returns The Book (No Longer Present) Although Adds That He Will Keep The Memo 'As It May Be Of Great Use To Me'. Liverpool Further Informs His Correspondent That He Will Leave Early Tomorrow And 'I Should Be Glad (If You Are Quite Ready) That The Workmen Should Come Into This House On Monday Next, As It Is Possible The Duke Of York May Come Here For A Short Time From Brighton And I Should Be Glad That The House Was Clear Before Their Was Any Chance Of His Coming'.
