Lot 215: Four items related to King's acceptance of the 1964 Nobel Peace Prize, including: a program for a 'Community Salute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Nobel Peace Prize Winner,' held in New York on December 17, 1964; a printed typescript of the speech given by Gunnar Jahn, chairman of the Nobel Committee, at the award ceremony in Oslo on December 10, six pages, 8.5 x 11, headed "Not to be published before 3 p.m., Thursday 10th Dec., 1964"; a semi-glossy color 10 x 8 photo of Marian Bruce Logan at the Nobel Prize ceremony; and a newspaper clipping about the event.
