Lot 133: Vintage matte-finish 8.5 x 11.25 portrait of Hoover in a suit and tie, signed in the lower border in fountain pen. In fine condition, with trivial silvering, spotting, and creasing to corner tips, and a slight vertical bend to right side. Accompanied by the original Paul C. Richards envelope.
