Khrushchev States 'A Shortage Of Roofing Materials Is Delaying The Reconstruction Of Kramatorsk Plants. I Request That You Ensure The Shipment Of The Narkomstroy March Plan Figure Of One Thousand Rolls Of Tar Paper,…'. With A Four Lines A.N.S., Maltsev, To The Upper Left Corner, Reporting That On 21St March 1944 Were Shipped 750 Rolls Of Parchment Paper, (Corresponding To 1000 Rolls Of Tar Paper). Signed By Khrushchev In Bold Blue Ink. A Small Area Of Paper Loss To The Left Edge Not Affecting Text Or Signature And A File Hole Only Slightly Affecting Word Of The Autograph Annotation. Vg . The Kramatorsk Plant Was Producing Heavy Machinery For The Russia'S Iron And Steel Industry. The Plant Was Taken Over In 1941 By The German Army, Producing Tanks And Other Heavy Equipments, Employing Russian Workers Under The Krupp Company Supervision.
