A John F. Kennedy original presidential campaign poster is a rare piece of political memorabilia.

Background information

John F. Kennedy was the 35th President of the United States, the youngest in history, and today remains an American political and cultural icon.

Kennedy’s youthful good looks and the rise of television as a political campaign tool helped him capture the public’s imagination, and his close links and friendships with figures such as Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe placed him in the public eye as a celebrity as well as the President.

His assassination in 1963 cemented his place in U.S history, and theories about his death along with his alleged affairs and links to organized crime have maintained the fascination with his life almost 50 after his death.

Item description
