Unpublished negatives from John Lennon's final interview at auction
Unplublished photographs and negatives taken during what was to become the final interview John Lennon would ever give are to be sold with Nate D Sanders this month.
The lot comprises 33 images of John Lennon and Yoko Ono taken during what would be dubbed 'The Final Interview' which was given at the Hit Factory on the 6th of December 1980-just two days before Lennon was shot outside his New York apartment by Mark Chapman.
They are suspected to among the last known photographs of Lennon ever taken, along with those taken by Annie Leibotwitz on the day of his death.
They will be auctionned on the 24th of September with a minimum bid of $14,000.
