Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch on sale for $100 Million
Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch is on sale for a reported $100 Million.
The estate was bought by Jackson in 1987 for $19.5m naming it 'Neverland' after the fictional dwelling place of Peter Pan. Jackson very much made Neverland his own building a zoo, a funfair and a fire station on its 2,700 acres-though almost all of these features are now gone.
The property is now called Sycamore Valley Ranch and has undergone significant development since Jackson's death in 2009 though still features a 50 seat cinema, basketball and tennis courts and a swimming pool.
