Lot 2410: The Ramones Signed 'Brain Drain' Poster
Lot 2410: Fantastic color 24 x 33.75 poster for Brain Drain, the eleventh studio album from the Ramones, signed in black felt tip, "Johnny Ramone," "Marky Ramone," "CJ Ramone," and "Joey Ramone, 89." In fine condition, with tack holes to upper corners and expected storage folds. Although Dee Dee played bass on the recording of Brain Drain, he left the band to pursue a short-lived hip-hop project and was promptly replaced by CJ, a bassist who would go on to become a permanent member of the Ramones. A vivid, well-preserved poster signed shortly after this notable lineup change. The Warren Cohen Collection.
