Jimi Hendrix's boots at auction
Everything Jimi Hendrix touched has turned to gold as far as collectors are concerned- this pair of boots that he wore on stage in Worthing, 1967 are a testament to that.
They were collected by a fan backstage after the concert and now they're expected to sell for a handsome £8-10,000 at auction. Gardiner Houlgate have got the fine, leather pair up for auction nestled between some great guitars.
Even though they're out of my price range, these are some nice looking boots. Wonder what they were like to wear onstage for hours on end though!
