Primal Screen Therapy: Diamonds Are Forever
Diamonds Are Forever is easily one of the most recognisable films in the James Bond franchise. I'm willing to bet that's entirely due to the theme tune.
As for the film itself I find it very hard to take a film seriously when its main character has come back after a 4 year pie-sabbatical, puts on an hilariously bad Dutch accent (breifly) and is chased through the desert on a moon buggy.
Roger Moore often takes flack for making the James Bond films too camp and jokey, but honestly, Diamonds are Forever did it first in such a way that it makes Moonraker look like Downfall.
