Lot 1193: (Hanna-Barbera Studios, circa 1980s) Original production cels and matching layout drawing for a Smurfberry Crunch cereal commercial, depicting one Smurf waving from a berry-filled mining cart and four others riding a merry-go-round with boxes of the cereal. Images measure 3.5 x 3 and 4.25 x 3, with overall dimensions of 29 x 10.5. The background drawing is accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 25 x 10.5 animation paper. A cut to a binder hole and slight surface impressions and creasing to cels, and some scattered soiling and partial separations to vertical folds of background, otherwise fine condition.
