Cinema to auction hoverboard for Michael J Fox Foundation
Loughborough based student cinema Flix is to stage a screening of Back to the Future II on the 21st of October-and they will also be auctioning off a replica hoverboard signed by most of the cast.
The hoverboard is being auctioned to benefit the Michael J Fox Foundation which funds research into Parkinsons disease.
The screening is being held on the 'future date' that Marty McFly travels to in the second film from the trilogy.
The cinema will also have a number of original props and memorabilia from the film on display.
