Batman Vs Superman memorabilia set to auction to save bats
Memorabilia from the new Batman Vs Superman film that has been turned into actual tiny bat houses is to be sold to help save endangered bats.
110 bat houses have been made using recycled pieces of the movie set by the cast and crew of the film and 23 of the houses have been signed by director Zack Snyder, star Ben Affleck, or both.
The houses are being sold for the Organization for Bat Conservation's 'Save the Bats' campaign which was launched in 2014 after a highly contagious fungus known as white nose syndrome devastated the population of bats in both North America and Canada. Since 2014 it is estimated that millions of bats have died as a result of the fungus.
The auction will go live on eBay sometime this month.
