The $4.2 Million 'Flintstones House'
This 3 bedroom San Francisco house looks exactly like something out of 'The Flintstones' and it can be yours for $4.2 million.
The house is one of the most well known in the San Francisco area and has been dubbed 'The Flintstones House' due to its striking resemblance to Fred Flintstones's Bedrock based family home.
Any likeness to the cartoon favorite is likely to be coincidental. It was originally built in 1976 by experimental architect William Nicholson and who was inspired by the recent founding of the “monolithic dome construction” technique.
The three-bedroom, two-bath, and two-car garage house offers 2,700 square feet of space and is rumored to have been lived in by George Lucas and OJ Simpson.
