Website content

Soviet Cams is a resource for collectors of Soviet Union and Russian cameras, dating from 1929 onwards. The website primarily consists of a gallery of different cameras produced by different Soviet/Russian manufacturers.

Generally, each camera gallery contains a photo or photos of the camera in question, accompanied by details about its history, production, specification, and rarity.

Some of those included are:

  • Fed
  • Smena
  • Sokol
  • Zenit
  • Zorki

Alongside these, there are galleries for a variety of early cameras and spy cameras.

Soviet Cams also has a large online gallery of Soviet and Russian camera-related books from the 19th and 20th Centuries.

There is also a section reserved for classic Soviet exposure meters.
